Position: Executive VP of Supply Chain Planning & SalesLocation: Emerald Isle, NCPay: $225,000 a yearExperience: Proven experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, and sales management in a leadership role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pmGreene Resources is seeking an Executive VP of Supply Chain Planning & Sales to join a growing and dynamic team! This role’s core focus is to optimize performance and ensure seamless supply chain management for our clients. Drive revenue growth through net new direct sales, proper implementation, and a high-performing channel partner ecosystem. Lead and manage the Director of Sales, Director of Channel Partnerships, and Executive Director of Professional Services within the demand planning business unit.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the demand planning business unit.Lead and develop sales leadership, channel partnerships, and professional services teams while fostering a high-performance culture.Partner with executive leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals.Drive net new business through market analysis, strategic planning, and effective sales execution.Expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, performance metrics, and sales training initiatives.Manage and grow channel partnerships through joint business plans and performance support.Integrate professional services into the sales process to enhance customer value, onboarding, and satisfaction.Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Professional Services on lead generation, upselling, retention, and customer experience.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to provide strategic recommendations.Position RequirementsAbility to travel as needed.
