Full-Time Lead Floral Designer

Now Hiring: Full-Time Lead Floral Designer We are seeking an experienced Lead Floral Designer to oversee daily design operations and lead our creative team. This role is ideal for a passionate floral professional with strong design skills, leadership experience, and a love for creating exceptional arrangements for retail, events, and weddings. Responsibilities: Lead and execute daily floral design for retail, events, and custom orders Manage and mentor design staff; provide training and creative direction Oversee flower processing, inventory rotation, and quality control Collaborate with management on event and wedding designs Ensure brand standards and design consistency Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean design space Assist with scheduling, ordering, and workflow planning as needed Requirements: 3+ years of professional floral design experience Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong design skills across styles (everyday, weddings, sympathy, events) Excellent knowledge of flowers, mechanics, and care Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays Position Details: Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply: Please send a resume and portfolio (photos of your work) to Peppersflowershop@gmail.com or apply in person.
