Program Manager, Competitive Programs

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Competitive Programs to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.This role will own the structure and execution of competitive programs that help the organization respond quickly and effectively in a highly dynamic market. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish operating rhythms, coordinate urgent deal triage, and turn market intelligence into clear actions for leadership. The position also plays a key role in building repeatable playbooks, strengthening competitive awareness, and providing executives with clear visibility into program health and outcomes.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annuallyResponsibilities Build scalable infrastructure for competitive programs with repeatable playbooks Lead critical P0 and P1 competitive programs with defined objectives and success measures Establish and manage cross-functional operating rhythms for program execution Coordinate competitive deal triage, ensuring clear ownership and response plans Work with Market Intelligence to turn insights into actionable strategies for leadership Create structured reports for executives highlighting program health and insights Operationalize initiatives to foster a competitive culture within the organizationQualifications 7+ years in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, or related fields Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish Experience managing global initiatives across various regions and product lines Strong adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments Excellent executive communication skills for reporting and facilitating sessions Analytical skills to leverage data in decision-making and program health assessment Collaborative mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approachBenefits Comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements Retirement savings with company match Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning A collaborative and innovative work environment focused on employee growthOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
