UCBM HVAC Inc. is a growing HVAC company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, specializing in residential and light-to-medium commercial HVAC installation, replacement, and construction-related projects. We’re a small but driven team with a long-term vision: build real market presence in Texas and scale into national construction work.We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Specialist who wants to grow alongside the company and play a key role in shaping its future.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our Irving, TX office.This is not a desk-only position. You’ll be in the field meeting customers, building relationships, and actively bringing in new business.
