You can be a part of our vision to be a leader in the integration of physical, mental and social health to make a real difference in the lives of others!We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our team in outpatient and addictions, located in New Castle, Indiana.About the Role:As a Therapist, youll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas, primarily children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnosesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patientsProvide individual, family, couples, and group counseling servicesDeliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate careCommunicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners both verbally and in writingMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical and administrative documentationAdhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and state and federal regulationsWhat Were Looking For:Were seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
