Experience: 10+ Years of experience in MS SQL Server as Database Lead. Responsibilities Co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers and attend customer calls. Raise risks, issues, and escalate to senior management and customer. Create all quality documents, collect metrics data, and conduct audits. Create project plans and keep track of schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
