This role requires experience in recruiting Trading/Fixed Income/Equities and Currency Products. Ideal individual must be passionate about Building Talent Pipelines & Internship Programs with proven ability to foster strong partnerships with top academic institutionsResponsibilitiesUnderstand the best sources for student talentPlanning and hosting on-campus eventsLaunch campus branding initiatives by planning and executing targeted marketing campaignsDevelop relationships with top student talent through a variety of engagement methodsEvaluate applicantsManage the full-life cycle recruiting efforts of our campus hires: from initial outreach through to the hiring and onboarding process.Tracked and reported on campus recruiting results/data metrics to identify areas for process and performance improvements.Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and gain access to talentPlan and execute engagements to support branding and drive interest in the firmOwn summer internship program and developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree2+ years' of experience working in campus recruitingKnowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and applicable federal and state laws.Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
