You’ll lead control system design and delivery across full project lifecycles while mentoring junior engineers and acting as a technical lead.What You’ll Be DoingLead design and delivery of control systems for automation projectsProgram and configure Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal systemsDevelop system architecture, control strategies, and documentationSupport FAT, SAT, commissioning, and on-site startupReview vendor drawings and coordinate across engineering disciplinesMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadershipSupport project planning, estimation, and executionEssential:10+ years’ hands-on Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal experienceProven delivery across full automation project lifecycleStrong PLC/DCS, HMI, and industrial control systems knowledgeExperience with IEC 61131 programming and ISA S88 standardsAbility to lead projects and support/mentor junior engineersStrong understanding of P&IDs, industrial networking, and system integrationDesirable:Experience with other platforms (e.g. DeltaV, Honeywell, ABB, Rockwell)Knowledge of SIS, MES, or PIMS systemsPE certification and/or relevant engineering degree👉 Interested?
