The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting legal documents, and engaging in negotiations. The role also involves representing clients in labor and employment law matters, attending court or arbitration hearings, and collaborating with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.QualificationsStrong expertise in Law and knowledge of Labor and Employment LawExperience providing Legal Advice and conducting detailed ResearchProficiency in Negotiation and drafting legal documentsAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of IndianaPrevious experience in Criminal Defense law is preferred
