We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Supervisor - Financial Reporting to join the Interstate team! The Supervisor - Financial Reporting will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the preparation and analysis of financial and tax reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting the financial planning and decision-making process.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required.
Interested candidates must have at least four (4) years of accounting experience with at least two (2) years of financial reporting responsibilities.
Prior CPA firm experience highly preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Candidates must be knowledge and proficient in the financial month-end close process, general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and accounting systems.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
