Journeyman ElectricianDuration: Long-Term Contract OpportunityLocation:Our client is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on electrical professional with industrial and commercial installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and reliability on the job site.Position OverviewThe Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting electrical systems and field instrumentation in an industrial environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with conduit systems, wiring installations, field devices, and common electrical construction tools and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and run conduit systems including EMT and rigid conduitOperate conduit benders, including both hand and electric bendersInstall field instruments such as pressure transmittersRun and pull various sizes and types of wireInstall electrical enclosures and related equipmentUtilize tools and equipment such as Sawzalls, drills, and other construction tools safely and effectivelyRead and interpret electrical drawings and installation layoutsSupport jobsite activities while maintaining quality and safety standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience installing stainless steel pneumatic tubingExperience working with cable tray systemsExperience performing electrical terminationsExperience with material takeoffs and client takeoffsIndustrial or manufacturing facility experience preferredQualificationsJourneyman Electrician license or equivalent field experienceStrong understanding of electrical installation practices and jobsite safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to work in physically demanding environments and lift materials/equipment as neededAspen Technical StaffingCELEBRATING 25 YEARS~2001-2026~We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
