Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Provide analysis, recommendations, and support for drafting, developing, and promulgating IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability. Participate in ongoing joint development of a comprehensive IT Registry using technical and engineering frameworks and configuration management processes. Coordinate IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards resource requirements across enterprise information environments. Prepare documents in response to Congressional inquiries and develop architectural products to enhance strategic planning capabilities. Recommend updates to IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards policy to support interoperability. Provide administrative and technical expertise for enterprise-level IT standards governance reform. Provide expertise on governance processes and procedures and recommend improvements to current IT governance.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 12+ years of overall related experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience. U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance; ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Familiarity with IT standards, processes, and commercial cloud capabilities and innovation. Knowledge of Industry IT standards, technologies, and processes. Effective analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What's On Offer Competitive compensation.
