The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate asset movement across multiple locations.The ideal candidate will bring a process-oriented mindset and help improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational consistency over time.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsCoordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, storage, and distribution of technology assetsManage shipping operations including packaging, labeling, and coordination with carriersMaintain an organized warehouse with clearly defined storage and bin locationsCoordinate device movement between the warehouse and district locationsInventory & Asset ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records using asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms)Track asset movement, assignments, and location changesPerform regular inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure data accuracyMonitor stock levels and maintain appropriate inventory thresholdsAsset Lifecycle SupportSupport asset lifecycle processes including deployment, recovery, and dispositionCoordinate vendor returns (RMA) and track associated documentationAssist with surplus, recycling, and disposal of equipment in accordance with district guidelinesEnsure proper asset tagging and labeling standards are followedProcess & Systems SupportFollow and help improve standard operating procedures for warehouse and inventory processesSupport asset management system updates and future system transitionsAssist with data validation, reporting, and maintaining system integrityIdentify and communicate process improvement opportunitiesVehicle Fleet maintenance coordinationCoordination & SupportCoordinate with IT teams, campuses, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support deployments and asset needsProvide day-to-day task coordination for warehouse support staffAssist with large-scale initiatives such as device refresh and distribution projectsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent3 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or asset managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with inventory systems, databases, or tracking toolsAbility to lift and move technology equipment and work in a warehouse environmentPreferredExperience supporting IT or technology asset environmentsFamiliarity with asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ERP systems, or similar)Experience working in high-volume inventory or logistics operationsExperience participating in process improvement or operational cleanup effortsWork EnvironmentFrequent standing, walking, and physical movement in a warehouse settingLifting and transporting moderately heavy equipment (computers, peripherals, boxes)Occasional travel between district locationsOccasional after-hours support during major deployments or projectsWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first year, the successful candidate will:Help establish a well-organized and structured warehouse environmentContribute to improving inventory accuracy and tracking consistencySupport the development of clear, repeatable warehouse processesAssist in reducing missing or unaccounted-for assetsProvide reliable support for large-scale device deployments and operations
