Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, strategy, and direction for claims production processes Manage team budget and perform human resources responsibilities for direct reports Monitor and provide training to enhance the skills and knowledge of Claims Management Team members Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience Leadership experience Experience in CPT and ICD coding, professional claims management, and clinic operations Knowledge of payer processes Preferred: Five years of experience in clinic operations or professional billing
