A company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Key Responsibilities Define and execute the long-term strategy to build a leading utility-scale IPP across WECC markets Lead project origination, site selection, interconnection, permitting, and development execution Drive M&A strategy, including acquisition of development-stage assets and platform expansion opportunities Required Qualifications Senior leadership experience within a utility-scale IPP or power developer Deep experience in WECC markets, with CAISO strongly preferred Strong track record in PPA negotiations, interconnection strategy, and permitting Experience executing M&A and portfolio build-out strategies Proven ability to operate within a private equity-backed environment
