This role involves leading and managing architectural projects from conceptual design through completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing submittals, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with clients to meet project requirements.QualificationsStrong expertise in Architecture and Construction DrawingsExperience in Project Coordination and managing SubmittalsDesire to lead and train a teamExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldState licensure as an Architect is a plusAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
