SMT Process Engineer(A Group MLB._.ME)-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position1, Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process;2, Development and optimization of production management system;3, Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures;4, Process development and troubleshooting;Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents;Establish operation standards for each workstation,Improve training documents, analyze SMT defects through big data stratification,Analysis of SMT process defect, identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers;Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirementsTrained operators to standardize processes;Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix;Education and work experience :4-years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualificationsPossess one of the following experiences preferredMore than 3 years of process improvement experienceExperience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industryExperience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing workWorking conditionsJoin a high-growth, innovation-driven team shaping next-gen consumer electronics.Be part of diverse, bilingual team with strong cross-Pacific collaboration.Skills: Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software;Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology, have SMT DFM capability,Familiar with environmental reliability testing method
