Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Debit Card Dispute Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and resolving debit card dispute claims while ensuring compliance with regulatory and network guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve debit card disputes, including chargebacks and adjustmentsAnalyze transaction data, documentation, and account activity to determine appropriate resolutionsProcess disputes in accordance with federal regulations and card network rulesCommunicate with members, merchants, and financial institutions to gather information and resolve casesMonitor cases to minimize financial loss and ensure timely resolutionMaintain accurate records and documentation within dispute management systemsSupport fraud prevention efforts and identify potential risksAssist in training and guiding junior team membersWhat We’re Looking For:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of debit card dispute processes and chargeback lifecycleFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance standardsExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple cases within strict deadlines
