Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Francisco, CA, for a Resident Services Coordinator. The role involves fostering positive relationships with residents, coordinating events and programs, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include addressing resident concerns, managing service requests, supporting resident retention initiatives, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall community experience. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsTime management, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and property management softwareProblem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making expertiseProfessional attitude and ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individualsPrior experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar service industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredFamiliarity with lease agreements and housing regulations is an advantage
