General Construction WorkerJob descriptionWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Construction Worker. This position involves the installation of underground conduit systems for a variety of electric utility projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in physically demanding outdoor environments and collaborating closely with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:Install underground conduit systems for electrical infrastructure in accordance with company and industry standardsPerform work in and out of ditches, including trenching and backfilling as neededEngage in manual labor such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials (up to 65 lbs.)Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasksAlways ensure job site cleanliness and safetyCollaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goalsOperate and maintain company tools and equipment responsiblyOccasionally drive company vehicles to and from job sites (valid driver's license required)Follow all safety regulations and company policiesQualifications:Prior experience in underground utility installation is a plus, but not required training provided for the right candidateAbility to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditionsTeam player with strong communication skillsMust be reliable, punctual, and safety-consciousValid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)Work Conditions:Outdoor work in all weather conditionsExtended periods of standing, kneeling, and bendingWorkdays may include early mornings or extended hours depending on project needs
