Physical TherapistAs our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.Job Summary and Responsibilities:Develop and update appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and related to the persons age and lifestyle with measurable long and short term goals and a defined D/C planUnderstand the role of physical therapy in the context of the patients age, total needs perspective and environmentPerform age appropriate competency skills in area of practice and with respect to individual patient problemsFollow intervention protocols and alter plan of care appropriatelyConsistently meet patient care productivity standard as established for job classificationWork cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the teamUtilize support personnel as appropriate and availableActively support and participate in patient coverage efforts across all divisions within the department as necessaryJob Requirements:Degree in Physical Therapy, graduates eligible for licensure will be consideredPhysical Therapist: TXBasic Life Support - AHAWhere You'll Work:St. Luke's HealthBrazosport Hospital is located on a beautiful, 25-acre campus in Lake Jackson, Texas.
