Role Description This is a full-time on site General Labor role based in Pharr, TX. The role involves carrying out physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials, preparing construction sites, mixing and applying mortar, and assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks. The General Laborer will also ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained, adhere to safety protocols, and perform other duties as needed to support the masonry team and project goals. Qualifications Hands-on construction skills, such as ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely and efficientlyBasic knowledge of masonry tools, equipment, and materialsUnderstanding and adherence to workplace safety and OSHA regulationsStrong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to follow instructionsPrior experience in masonry, construction, or general labor is a plus but not requiredAbility to commute to Pharr, TX, with occasional remote work capabilitiesWillingness to work in various weather conditions and environmentsNeed to be able to pass background checks and drug tests
