Source 2 Pay Program Manager

My San Francisco Bay area client is looking for a Source to Pay Manager and will report to the Director. Salary is up to $200K plus 20% Bonus, Paid Pension, Matching 401K and Full benefits. Hybrid position requires up to 3 days onsite East Bay office.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with subject matter experts across the Company to develop and manage the execution plans for key strategic initiatives.Manages the Supply Chain Source to Pay work stream responsibility for all workstream specific deliverables.Engages with Officers of the company, VP’s and Directors/Sr. Directors on complex cross-functional programsPartners with the Director to both assist and also drive individual strategies and efforts and assemble cross-matrixed teams from across the organization to effectuate the strategy development and implementation.Leads staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and rewards and recognition.Ensures proper identification and engagement of key subject matter experts. Role may include the need to observe, lead and/or facilitate key design workshops to ensure adequate representation and participation to achieve expected deliverables.Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or comparable quantitative field or equivalent related work experienceMinimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with steady progression of responsibilitiesIn depth expertise in SAP Source-to-pay and Ariba solutions and processes.Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and teams.Project and/or program/portfolio management experience. Program governance experience including establishing program dashboards, key performance health indicators.Experience leading and facilitating large cross-functional and cross-matrixed teams.Ability to interact with C-Suite executives.On-depth knowledge of technical and professional concepts related to strategy and planning.Skilled in negotiations and influencing others.Ability to synthesize complex information – both quantitative and qualitative and deliver impactful presentations to influence change.Ability to influence and build relationships, especially on cross-functional teams.Senior Manager S2P Business Strategy will report to the Director.
