Join us to build scalable, human-centered technology that empowers frontline workers and improves lives across the U.S.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (Community Partnerships Manager) to engage with community-based organizations, build authentic relationships, and guide organizations in understanding opportunities to partner with Pear Suite. This role combines community engagement with sales acumen to drive meaningful partnerships.What Makes This Role UniqueYou'll build a pipeline of accounts through genuine community involvement - participating in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan convenings, and community health worker gatherings. Your success will come from being a trusted presence in the communities where our customers work, primarily through virtual relationship building with strategic in-person engagement at key industry events.What You'll DoCommunity Engagement & Relationship BuildingParticipate in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan events, and community health worker conveningsBuild authentic, long-term relationships with community-based organizations, health systems, and health plansServe as Pear Suite's regional ambassador at industry conferences, local coalitions, and networking eventsDevelop deep understanding of regional health ecosystem, key players, and market dynamicsBusiness Development & Partnership GrowthOwn the complete partnership cycle from relationship initiation through contract closeConduct high-value discovery conversations to identify pain points and solution fitLead Pear Suite product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific community needsMaintain and accurately forecast partnership pipeline using HubspotMarket Development & GrowthIdentify and prioritize target markets within assigned regionDevelop territory-specific go-to-market strategiesCollaborate with marketing team on regional events and contentProvide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teamsBuild referral networks and partnership channelsQualifications2-4 years experience in community health, public health, healthcare partnerships, or related field2-3 years business development, sales, or partnership experienceDemonstrated success building relationships with community-based organizations, health plans, or health systemsUnderstanding of community health worker models, social determinants of health, and value-based careSkills & CompetenciesExceptional relationship building and communication skillsComfort presenting to diverse audiences from grassroots community groups to health plan executivesCultural competency and ability to work effectively across diverse communitiesStrong business acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunitiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in remote/virtual roleProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)Willingness and ability to travel strategically (up to 30%)Personal QualitiesAuthentic passion for community health and health equityEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced startup environmentHigh emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivityResults-driven while maintaining community-first approachResilience and adaptability in dynamic market conditionsTravel ExpectationsUp to 30% travelMix of day trips and overnight travel for key conferences and strategic meetingsCompany covers all travel expensesFlexible scheduling around community events and family commitmentsWhat We OfferThe base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $85,000 Based on experience and regional market factorsVariable Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually (based on Pear Suite's revenue goals)Total Target Compensation: $145,000A mission driven culture that values innovation, collaboration and growthFully RemoteUnlimited PTOHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth and Wellness StipendTech StipendCo-working Stipend
