This is a high-accountability, fast-paced position where your work directly impacts families, caregivers, and company growth.The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is confident managing full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing to placement.This role is equal parts recruiter, coordinator, and consultant. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, ensuring thorough vetting and compliance, and guiding both caregivers and families through a successful placement process.You will also regularly speak with clients, helping them navigate childcare needs and matching them with the right candidates.What You’ll OwnFull-Cycle RecruitingSource high-quality caregivers through job boards, referrals, and outreachConduct phone and video interviews (Zoom/FaceTime)Manage active pipelines based on real-time demand and geographyCandidate Vetting & ComplianceConduct reference and employment verificationReview online presence (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)Manage background checks (Sterling)Track CPR/First Aid certifications and compliance documentationSupport Trustline and clearance processesPlacement & Overall Client SupportConduct client consult calls and support childcare searchesCoordinate interviews and manage communication between families and candidatesGuide both parties through onboarding to ensure readinessFollow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and successQuality Assurance & Team CollaborationCollect and report feedback from clients and caregiversMonitor QA channels (Slack + Engine Hire) and follow up on issuesPartner with scheduling, HR, and recruiting teams to resolve concernsSupport administrative updates (payroll adjustments, documentation fixes)Performance & ReportingMeet weekly targets:20–25 interviews scheduled10 interviews conducted2 hires completedTrack performance metrics and report weekly resultsAttend weekly recruiting L10 meetings prepared with updates, metrics, and solutionsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceStrong communicator with confidence on the phone and videoHighly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detailComfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentAble to balance multiple priorities without dropping the ballNaturally proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to doBonus if you have:Experience in childcare, healthcare staffing, or in-home servicesBackground in HR, Social Work, Nursing, or BusinessFamiliarity with caregiver or parent communitiesWhat Success Looks LikeYou consistently hit or exceed recruiting targetsYour candidates are well-vetted, compliant, and high qualityYour placements are successful and require minimal follow-upYou communicate clearly, move quickly, and take ownershipBenefits$200 Monthly Medical Stipend to support your health and wellness needsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and maintain balanceFlexible Remote Work Environment with autonomy and trust in how you manage your dayOngoing Professional Development including access to continued education and skill-building coursesGrowth OpportunityThis role is designed with long-term growth in mind.
