With a strong record of helping students achieve top-tier results, we provide both personalized 1:1 instruction and high-impact small-group classes. We are expanding to Denver and are seeking talented, passionate educators to join our growing team. Position Overview We are looking for engaging, knowledgeable, and reliable tutors to provide high-quality SAT/ACT preparation and academic tutoring to high school students. This role includes 1:1 sessions and leading small-group classes. Tutors will follow Next Level Education’s proven curriculum, while also personalizing instruction to meet each student’s needs. Responsibilities – Deliver exceptional SAT and ACT tutoring in both 1:1 and group formats – Tutor high school subjects (Math, English, Science, History) based on expertise – Personalize instruction based on each student’s goals, strengths, and learning style – Track student progress and communicate updates with the administrative team – Prepare students for practice exams and review results to guide instruction – Maintain consistent scheduling and provide timely responses to families and staff – Uphold the company’s standard of professionalism, organization, and student-centered support Qualifications – Strong SAT/ACT scores (or demonstrated expertise in standardized test preparation) – A background in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring high school students – Proficiency in one or more high school academic subjects – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to teach in a structured yet engaging and adaptable manner – Reliable, organized, and committed to student success – Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress for exceptional candidates) Preferred Qualifications – Experience teaching small-group classes – Familiarity with digital SAT and updated ACT formats – Background in education, psychology, or related fields What We Offer – Competitive pay based on experience – Training in Next Level Education’s curriculum and teaching methods – Flexible scheduling – Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company – Supportive, mission-driven team culture Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week Application Question(s): How many years of SAT/ACT tutoring experience do you have?
