Position Overview: We are seeking a recent Interior Design graduate who is eager to begin their career and learn directly from experienced kitchen and bath design professionals. This is a unique entry-level opportunity that combines hands-on training with client-facing showroom responsibilities. What You’ll Do: Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the showroom Answer and direct phone calls professionally Answer sales leads and process them in our CRM system Direct lead information to sales designers for future appointments Assist Clients with cabinetry and color selection Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom Support the design team as you learn industry-specific skills What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate with a degree in Interior Design (or related field) Professional, friendly, and well-spoken demeanor Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in maintaining a polished environment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting What You’ll Gain: Hands-on training from experienced kitchen and bath design professionals Exposure to real client projects and design processes Opportunity to grow within the company and the industry A supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $42,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
