Cornerstone OnDemand Administrator
Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support of Cornerstone OnDemand Performance, Learning, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking and Reporting 2.0 for the US House of Representatives as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team.Work with stakeholders to evaluate and leverage existing and new functionality within Cornerstone to increase the benefits of the application for the House.Work with business partners to prepare for Cornerstone quarterly releases and consult on ways to best leverage existing and upcoming system functionality to optimize the user and administrator experience.Perform system troubleshooting and issue escalation/support tickets with the vendor.Perform daily user management including the reconciliation of new pending users and quality assurance preparation of daily user and position files.Create and perform data upload and migration tasks for performance migration and requisition posting.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is highly desirable; in place of a bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience will be strongly considered.Strong previous experience with Cornerstone OnDemand.Ability to assess verbal and written requirements from customers and transform them into interactive designs and project artifacts.Understanding the basics of 508 compliance.Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.Ability to evolve skill sets and quickly adopt innovative technologies.Equally comfortable working on a project team as well as independently.Organization and attention to detail; professional communication (written and verbal) abilities.Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.Gunnison Consulting Group's total compensation package also includes bonus and profit-sharing opportunities, depending on company and employee performance.
