The role also involves designing and executing post-acquisition integration plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring integration progress to ensure the realization of synergies and value.Applicants for the Vice President of Acquisition and Integration position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A, integration, or related roles, particularly within a private equity-backed environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful acquisitions and integrations, as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Financial and operational oversight, including driving financial modeling, valuation, and ensuring adherence to budget and strategic objectives, is a key aspect of the role.
