Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Bay, FL, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, managing subcontractors and vendors, conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves preparing documentation, handling budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project stakeholders. Qualifications Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationKnowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codesTeam management and leadership capabilitiesStrong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skillsProficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to interpret architectural and engineering plansExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred5+ years of relevant experience in commercial or retail construction managementFamiliarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Florida
