We are looking for drivers who want to be part of a growing company that appreciates the people behind the wheel.  Role DescriptionWe are currently hiring a full-time, Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A Driver based in Baton Rouge, LA. Our drivers play a critical role in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient deliveries to customers across the region. This position requires professionalism, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.Responsibilities Include: Safely transporting freight and goods to customer locations  Performing vehicle inspections and maintaining DOT compliance  Maintaining accurate trip logs and delivery documentation  Communicating with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or delivery updates  Ensuring on-time, safe, and secure deliveries  Following all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications Valid CDL-A License  Previous Over-the-Road driving experience (3 years)  Experience operating refrigerated trailers (refer units) while maintaining proper temperature-control and food safety standards   Strong understanding of DOT safety regulations and vehicle inspections  Excellent time management and organizational skills
