Housekeeper - Part Time

Housekeeper PositionThis is a part-time position, up to 32 hours per week. Hours: Tuesday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm. Start Date: ASAP. $19.00 per hour. Work Location: 1002 Watson Pond Road, Rome, ME 04963. Position Summary: The housekeeper takes direction from the Housekeeping manager to complete all tasks within the housekeeping department, including guest room turnover, cleaning of common areas and offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strip rooms, including beds, linens, and emptying refrigerators and trash. Clean and reset rooms according to TMF standards and protocols. Place roll-aways or pack-and-plays, into rooms according to needs. Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry. Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of all restrooms to ensure the restrooms are fully stocked, countertops are kept clean, and waste receptacles are emptied. Clean corridors, offices, and common areas as needed while being mindful of participant activity. Report damage or areas needing attention to your immediate supervisor as soon as possible. Best practices will be used to ensure efficient time management and cleaning protocols. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Previous experience as a Housekeeper Willing to work as a team but can also work independently
