Production Associate

Job Description: We are seeking reliable, hands-on candidates for manufacturing and production opportunities in the local area. This is a great fit for someone who has experience in a warehouse, production, assembly, machine operation, packing, material handling, or general labor environment and is looking for steady work with room to grow. Candidates do not need to have experience with one specific machine or process, but should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using basic tools, following instructions, and staying on task throughout the day. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with production, assembly, packing, or machine support Moving materials throughout the work area Inspecting parts or products for quality Using basic hand tools or measuring tools Keeping the work area clean and organized Following safety procedures and production instructions Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or general labor experience preferred Ability to stand for the full shift Reliable attendance and transportation Comfortable working with your hands Willingness to learn and take direction Forklift, pallet jack, hand tool, or inspection experience is a plus Schedule: Full-time opportunities available. Multiple shifts may be available depending on the position. Pay: Based on experience and position fit.
