Sales Specialist Emergency Medicine - Poland
The Sales Specialist EMS (Emergency Medicine) will be responsible for promoting and selling Teleflex products within the customers across Poland.
This is a field‑based sales role, focused on customer engagement, product promotion and business development within defined targets and processes. The position operates as part of the Polish sales organization and works in close cooperation with the Vascular Access sales team and internal support functions.
This role offers an opportunity to further develop clinical, commercial and market knowledge within prehospital, hospital and MILTAC environments, while remaining clearly within an Account Manager scope and structure.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Present Teleflex products, based on the company strategy and priorities.
Increase sales, market share and profitability in the same time according to company´s plan.
Develop solid product knowledge through participation in product and clinical trainings and effectively match product solutions to customer needs.
Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships, to identify customer’s needs and to strive for successful sales deal.
Be responsible for pricing negotiation in collaboration with management.
Maintain accurate customer and business information in company systems.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the assigned portfolio.
Cooperate with management on preparing and executing product launches in assigned product area.
Collaborate closely with the Vascular Access team, Customer Service and Commercial Operations to support overall business activities.
Contribute to the substantive preparation of tender offers in cooperation with the Tenders team and management.
Participate in periodic sales meetings.
Represent the company at national and local congresses.
To adhere and ensure the compliance of Teleflex´s Code of Conduct, all company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; relevant healthcare or field sales experience will be considered.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience , preferably in healthcare, medical devices or related industries.
Exposure to emergency medicine, ICU, anesthesia, prehospital care or military/tactical environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
Motivation to actively develop the Teleflex EMS portfolio in the Polish market.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Fluent Polish and professional English language skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a structured sales organisation.
Practical, hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within Poland and internationally (if required).
Valid driving license is required
TRAVEL REQUIRED 70%.
