BDC Manager

Veteran BDC Manager needed to join our growing team. We are tech savvy and you must be too; 100% tech forward in all aspects of our business. Extensive CRM use (Vin), epencil and electronic desking, digital trade valuation, constant email and texting, working with tablets phones and computers, are all normal activities in this role. We buy inventory specifically for internet marketing and have the largest selection of used Ford & Lincoln in the state of Missouri. Our hours are relaxed compared to city stores, 8:30am - 6pm. RESPONSIBILITIES: CRM Expert, must know every single aspect of the system, maintains accuracy, demands accountability Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Build rapport with customers to establish customer network Help manage productivity of sales department Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth Address and resolve customer concerns Maintains proficiency and manufacturer certifications as required for the position Training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff as well as assist in closing deals QUALIFICATIONS: Dealership management experience BDC or Internet management experience Microsoft Office Knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency, google suite is used regularly Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Clean and valid driver’s license Professional personal appearance EARNING POTENTIAL: An aggressive pay plan is available for the right leader. Earning potential is limited only by your ability and willingness to succeed. No big city hours; 8:30am-6pm, 5-Day work week. Sundays we are always closed for family and fun. A scheduled midweek day off is also given.
