Assessment Design Lead - Shape Scalable Language Testing

Speak is hiring an Assessment Design Lead to define measurement constructs, rubrics, and item specs for its language assessments. You will own content validity, develop scoring rubrics, and guide calibration with ML engineers, ensuring fairness and alignment to CEFR and external standards. You’ll work closely with Product and ML teams on automated scoring, validation studies, and test development.
