You're often the first person they speak with about our program — and the face of who we are for the people we serve.This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role with a clear path to team lead and management positions. We're hiring people we intend to promote. Strong performers will move up quickly — some of our earliest hires in this function will be running teams within the year.What you'll do:Contact patients and caregivers to explain our program and walk them through the consent processCommunicate clearly what we offer and how it benefits patients living with chronic conditionsExecute structured outreach workflows with precision — and help us improve them along the wayOwn key growth metrics: consent rates, scheduled-visit rates, and no-show recoveryMaintain a warm, professional, and patient-centered tone in every interactionCollaborate with our technology team to give feedback on outreach and scheduling tools, and help shape how AI fits into how we reach and enroll patientsWhat We're Looking ForScrappy and adaptable.
