Senior Java Backend Engineer

Improve the quality of internal software by reshaping legacy areas. Own reliability and performance by identifying bugs & issues and improving the company UX. Mentor junior engineers, leading by example and sharing best practices. Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure clear requirements and successful execution. Be a great communicator and collaborator, participating in code reviews and shared problem-solving across multiple time zones.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 5, and ideally 7-10+ years, of Java development & backend engineering experience. Expertise in Java, with experience in at least one additional backend and frontend language. Experience improving legacy codebases and automated testing. Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture.
