What You’ll Do: Greet and assist patients, answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries in person and via electronic systems Register new patients, update demographics, and maintain accurate and confidential patient records Schedule, cancel, and adjust dental appointments in accordance with clinic guidelines Verify insurance eligibility, collect required documentation, and assist patients with insurance ‑ related questions Perform front ‑ office billing activities, including collecting payments, posting charges, and daily cash reconciliation Support patient care by managing referrals, recalls, treatment plan estimates, and upfront fee collection Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED One year's experience in a clinic, optometry or dental office preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 9 Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast ‑ paced environment with frequent interruptions Basic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service Basic knowledge of medical or dental terminology Our Mission Statement “Together we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being.” Our mission celebrates inclusivity.
