Commodities Supervisor | 3rd Shift

DescriptionSummary:The Commodities Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose of creating lasting value for those we serve by providing leadership to distribution center team members and oversees all department operations. This position provides day-to-day direction, as well as guidance on projects led by team members. The Commodities Supervisor is responsible for the departments’ operations budget and will ensure all capital projects are completed on time and within budget. This individual will also help develop best practices by aligning department processes between all company locations. They implement improvement opportunities to manage work flow, promote safety, provide training, and ensure compliance in the distribution center while supporting a positive work environment. This individual is a self starter and a leader who exemplifies the company culture by setting an example for all distribution center employees.
