Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care during 24-hour in-call shifts, including backup support for CNMs and Pediatric Hospitalists.Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within a Level 2 NICU environment.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech EMR system.Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience as an OB Hospitalist with documented case logs.Recent practice experience as an OB Hospitalist within the past 2 years.Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active Florida Medical License (licensing via IMLC with LOQ submission).Current FL DEA registration.Ability to work 24-hour in-call shifts from 7 am to 7 am, with the flexibility to work 2-3 consecutive shifts.Nice to Have Skills: Surgical First Assist training.Experience working in a Level 2 NICU.Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.Additional certifications related to obstetrics and gynecology.Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Proven track record practicing as an OB Hospitalist in a hospital setting within the last two years.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN.Other Requirements: Active medical license in Florida (or eligible for licensure through IMLC).Willingness to work 24-hour shift schedules.Compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment that recognizes your expertise.
