Interventional Pain Physician (Anesthesiology Experience Preferred)Location: Fort Worth, TexasEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout UsWe are a multi-specialty clinic dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, with a focus on managing both acute and chronic pain. Our facility offers a collaborative environment and integrates interventional, pharmacologic, and rehabilitative strategies to improve the quality of life for our patients.Position OverviewWe seek a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our pain management team. This physician will lead our Fort Worth clinic location. Preference will be given to candidates with fellowship training in interventional pain medicine and a background in anesthesiology. The physician will provide comprehensive evaluations, perform interventional procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other specialists.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat acute and chronic pain conditions using interventional techniques (e.g., epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation).Manage a diverse patient panel, coordinating care with other specialists as needed.Perform conscious sedation and anesthesia monitoring during procedures.Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.Contribute to clinical research and teaching opportunities if interested.QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology or related field.Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship (or equivalent training).Unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary starting at $400,000, commensurate with experience, with productivity incentives.A dedicated scribe.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; malpractice coverage with tail.Paid CME days and stipend.Partnership track available for physicians interested in practice ownership.
