About This RoleThis role exists to help customers make clear, confident decisions about their vehicles — without pressure or confusion. As a Service Advisor at Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing, you act as the bridge between the customer and the technician, translating complex information into simple, honest guidance. Success in this role isn’t measured by selling more, but by building trust and long-term relationships.What Your Day Looks LikeYour day is focused on listening, explaining, and guiding. You’ll greet customers, review inspection findings, help prioritize repairs, and answer questions with patience and clarity.
