Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a Contract position based in Englewood, Colorado. This role supports a busy team through high-volume administrative coordination, precise data handling, and preparation for upcoming program activities over the summer. The ideal candidate can step in quickly, work with minimal supervision, and maintain accuracy while managing shifting priorities.Responsibilities:• Manage large volumes of information by entering, organizing, validating, and correcting data to ensure records remain accurate and usable.• Prepare and execute mail merges and related document processes with a strong focus on precision and quality control.• Review submitted video entries, track completion status, and confirm eligibility requirements are met for each submission.• Update recurring program materials such as presentation decks, certificates, and supporting documents to keep content current and organized.• Provide administrative scheduling support by arranging meetings, coordinating calendars, and sending invitations when needed.• Oversee print production tasks, including assembling high-volume printed materials and checking finished items for completeness and accuracy.• Organize, pack, and prepare materials for shipping, including physical event-related items, during key preparation periods.• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as priorities shift, contributing flexible support across the team.• Demonstrated experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.• Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately in Microsoft Excel and related tools.• Proven ability to perform mail merges and document preparation with a high level of attention to detail.• Comfortable reviewing video content and tracking outcomes in an organized, methodical manner.• Able to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to changing deadlines and workload demands.• Strong written and verbal communication skills for scheduling, email correspondence, and general coordination.• Willingness to handle physical preparation tasks and lift up to 20–30 lbs occasionally.• Availability to support time-sensitive work tied to June reviews, July printing activities, and August shipping preparation.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
