Uncorked is currently looking for a sales representatives to service the New Orleans metro region in Louisiana.. The account mix includes both on and off premise accounts for the route. JOB DUTIESManagement of a sales territory - calling on accounts in an existing territoryOngoing sales efforts to increase sales on focus brands selected by the companyRegular service calls on each account - achieve sales goals on a monthly basisRapport-building with decision-makers and providing excellent customer service to customersCorrect and timely feedback of sales information utilizing Uncorked reporting methodsMonitoring accounts receivables as mandated by Uncorked policy and state lawSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSProgressive sales experienceBasic wine knowledge is highly desirableCollege degree or equivalent experience is preferred or equivalent sales experienceDemonstrated ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate decision makersJOB REQUIREMENTSValid Louisiana driver's license, safe driving recordAbility to obtain LA State Solicitor's PermitReliable transportation to service the sales territoryProof of insurance on the vehicle is requiredResiding within 15 miles of assigned territory is preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSServicing accounts (8-10) daily, requiring driving and getting in and out of the vehicleMust be able to walk, bend, reach, and lift 50 pounds or moreBuilding displays of product sold in store, cutting cases of productRepetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, and occasional climbing is requiredCOMPENSATIONDependent on experienceOur benefit package includes commission, bonus program, health and other insurance offerings, stipend, IRA, and paid vacation and holidays.Job category: Sales and Marketing
