Senior SRAM Circuit Design Engineer
We are looking for a Senior SRAM Circuit Designer. Join a team that designs next-generation custom SRAM for NVIDIA products.You will work on design and development of next-generation custom SRAM as part of the Digital IP Team, addressing new process design challenges and creating low-power, high-performance circuits. You will also develop in-house design and verification flows used across all NVIDIA products.What You'll Be DoingWork on state-of-the-art processor design in advanced technologies, and on the design, verification and characterization of SRAM.Drive transistor-level circuit design, modeling and performance analysis, optimizing for power, timing, area, and yield.Make the layout floorplan and collaborate with layout designers to optimize it for power and performance.Collaborate on the support development of tools using Perl/Python.Provide creative ideas to support existing tools and flows.Develop and perform timing characterization and circuit verification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SRAM issues.Use Verilog, VHDL, simulators and waveform debugging tools; write RTL and perform verification against circuit.What We Need To SeeMS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.6+ years of relevant experience.Strong background in deep sub-micron process issues.Proven experience in transistor-level circuit design and behavior analysis.Deep background in design, verification, and characterization of SRAM/caches.Strong understanding of generating performance, power, margin data for SRAM, validating data, and QA processes.Familiarity with EMIR, aging, self-heating and their impacts on circuit/?layout implementations and sign-off flows.Expertise with ASIC design semi-custom and full-custom flow.Hands-on experience running SPICE simulation and ability to adapt to new simulation tools.Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Make; automation methods/algorithms a plus.Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.Competitive salaries and a generous benefits package: base salary ranges from $168,000–$264,500 for Level 4 and $196,000–$310,500 for Level 5, plus equity and benefits.Applications will be accepted until February 8, 2026.NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is an equal-opportunity employer.
