Company & Role DescriptionCURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. Previous on-site leasing experience is also required. The Senior On-Site Leasing Agent must be detail oriented, managing deals from opening to closing and working closely with the On-Site Leasing Manager and the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to daily/weekly reporting and attendance of weekly meetings. Competitive Salary, benefits & Incentives offered for this position. Responsibilities: Priority is to show & rent apartments Strong oral and written communication skills Must be very organized and detailed oriented Strong knowledge of Manhattan and good/working knowledge Brooklyn & Queens Real Estate Markets Must be a strong team player Must manage all deals from opening to closing Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet During heavy traffic volume, assist reception and leasing team in answering phones and receiving clients Assist team in maintaining and organized office including copying and filing Walk all Model apartments, leasing floor, reception space and accessible amenity and public areas daily Maintain a client/broker list for team Attend weekly Team meetings Active NY State Real Estate License Required To be considered, candidates must possess the following: - Knowledge of NYC real estate market in all boroughs, including new developments - Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, presentation and follow-up skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Strong closing ratio - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook - Ability to work weekends - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
