Project Manager – Wealth Platform & Direct Indexing InitiativesDuration: 6+ MonthsHybrid (3x/week onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs)Concord, CA (may consider Charlotte or Phoenix, but prefers to start in Bay Area)2-3 rounds of interviews (video) 4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within financial services or fintechExperience supporting technology, platform, or product-related initiatives (e.g., implementations, migrations, or enhancements)Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholdersFamiliarity with project management tools such as Airtable, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similarUnderstanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.Exposure to wealth management, investment platforms, or advisor-facing technologyExperience with concepts such as:Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)Tax-Loss Harvesting (TLH)Portfolio construction, rebalancing, or performance reportingFamiliarity with platforms or ecosystems.
