In this role, the engineer will design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services, with a focus on back-end systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, implementing APIs, integrating with databases, and optimizing application performance. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions and documentation. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices for security and reliability, and supporting deployment and maintenance activities.Qualifications Strong programming foundation with proficiency in Python and solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Experience in software development and back-end web development, including building and maintaining scalable services or microservices.Hands-on experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and optimization.Familiarity with modern development practices such as version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, CI/CD, and code review processes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and frameworks commonly used with Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) is beneficial.Background in AI, data engineering, or analytics, and exposure to distributed systems or high-volume applications is a plus.
