Quality Engineer (Dublin)

Quality Engineer – Dublin, GA (Onsite) Direct Hire | 12.5% bonus | Relocation available Summary: Seeking a mid-to-senior Quality Engineer (6+ years) with strong experience in manufacturing/aerospace environments . This role focuses on quality systems, statistical analysis, process improvement, and supplier/customer quality . Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality standards, systems, and inspection plans Perform statistical analysis (SPC, sampling, process capability, hypothesis testing) Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement (Lean) Conduct internal & supplier audits ; drive supplier quality improvement Support product development with manufacturability and quality input Interface with customers and regulatory bodies ; support audits Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and failure investigations May lead projects / mentor junior staff Requirements: BS in Engineering (required) 6+ years quality engineering experience Strong knowledge of quality tools, statistical methods, and manufacturing processes Aerospace or similar industry preferred ASQ certification preferred
